9001:2015 — Quality Management System

Our production facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring standardized processes for material sourcing, production control, and final inspection. Every order goes through a documented quality checkpoint from raw fabric inspection to finished product packaging.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100

All fabrics, threads, and accessories used in our caps are tested and certified under OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, guaranteeing they are free from harmful substances. This is particularly important for brands selling in the EU, North America, and Japan where product safety regulations are strict.

SGS & Intertek Product Testing

We partner with SGS and Intertek for third-party laboratory testing on request. Available tests include colorfastness (AATCC 61), fabric strength (ASTM D5034), shrinkage (AATCC 135), lead and phthalate content (CPSIA, REACH), and flammability (16 CFR Part 1610). Full test reports are provided with every certification order.
